Balance practical supports with meaningful exploration. You'll learn concrete strategies to support anxiety, adapt to stress, and strengthen communication and self-understanding. We’ll make room for tending to deeper emotions, beliefs, and experiences that have shaped your relationships, your sense of self, and what you believe you’re capable of.

Warm, affirming, direct, and genuine. I meet each client with openhearted curiosity. I want you to feel safe expressing yourself openly, without fear of judgement. I can have a direct communication style; I don't want you to have to read between the lines. My clients can trust how I show up, because I mean what I say and I genuinely care.

Are LGBTQ+ and/or neurodivergent and are looking for a therapist that can hold these identities, whether they are central focus or not. I work with young adults, couples, and families who are navigating impacts of stress, burnout, communication, or identity shifts, and want support in feeling comfortable within themselves and their relationships.

As a queer person with ADHD, I know the importance of having a therapist who understands the complex emotions and unique relationship dynamics that can come with these experiences. Therapy is a vulnerable space where incredible growth can happen and I believe everyone deserves to feel affirmed, taken seriously, and understood in the process.
