I approach my work with integrity and respect for you. I listen to your goals and help you understand the blocks to these goals, then work to remove the blocks.

I am ever in awe of people's capacity for lasting change and how it ripples into positive effects throughout their relationships.

Together, we will clarify the root cause(s) of the issues getting in your way and develop a collaborative plan. When appropriate, I use EMDR for treating life disturbances and ERP for treating OCD. Therapy is like the emotional gym in that we work within your current capacity while fortifying your emotional muscles to "lift" more.
