With over 25 years of diverse education and experience across multiple modalities, I bring deep academic, clinical, and personal insight into my work with clients. I offer a tailored, integrative approach to support each client’s growth that encompasses a variety of traditional and contemporary psychotherapy practices.

Together, we’ll explore your challenges using a customized approach. With training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy with a Jungian lens, attachment trauma, DBT, CBT, IFS parts work, and more, I offer holistic counseling tailored to your needs for lasting personal growth and transformation.

I am told that they feel educated about their issues, inspired to learn new approaches, and live life with new perspectives that help them get unstuck and unburdened.

I specialize in working with people navigating life transitions, such as mid-life, stress management, affect regulation, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, mood disorders, as well as other conditions. Through customized, integrative psychotherapy, I help clients build resilience, clarity, learn new skills, and foster growth through a Soul-centered lens.

I became a therapist to help others navigate challenges, promote mental well-being, and create positive change in people's lives. I believe each person I work with is sacred, and I value the time we spend together. I find it an honor to be able to work with people to do the necessary "ego-work" so they may move forward in their lives less burdened and freer.

I have dedicated over 25 years to my work, both academically and professionally. I have studied in seven respected universities to inform my work with clients. I have appreciated being mentored and educated by many pioneers in the field of clinical psychology and behavioral health, and I strive to remain a lifelong learner to improve my work with others.
