I am an empath, a highly sensitive person, highly educated, and an experienced therapist who tries to bring those things into his sessions.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, PTSD, adjustment disorders, and ADHD. He uses tools from various theories, such as DBT, CPT, CBT, TF-CBT, polyvagal theory, mindfulness, and breathwork.
