Something to know about my approach is that this is a space for you to pause and be honest about what you’re carrying. You don’t have to have it all together here. We focus on helping you feel like yourself again, using a thoughtful, individualized plan that may include medication management when appropriate.

Together we will slow things down, make sense of what you’ve been carrying, and take intentional steps toward feeling like yourself again, using a personalized approach that may include additional clinical support when needed.

My clients describe me as calm, supportive, and easy to talk to, someone who truly listens and takes the time to understand the full picture before guiding next steps.

I specialize in working with people who are used to holding it all together for everyone else, but are now feeling overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves.

I became a therapist because I saw how many people carry so much on their own without having a safe space to process it, and I wanted to be that space for others.
