I've found this work to have benefited my own journey, and I'd like to share what I've learned with you.

I dropped out of college at 18 and was struggling to find meaning in my life. Therapy helped me and I became curious about the process of change, and more importantly, fostered willingness to take action in my life: go back to school, find love, start a business... I learned the power of taking responsibility for my own healing.

I often teach workshops and presentations to other therapists, training them in ACT. I also teach yoga and am a Reiki master, although I my counseling practice is not a spiritual or religious practice. Instead, learning about many modalities gives me lots to choose from in designing treatment.
