I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can be honest, understood, and still challenged to grow. I won’t just listen and send you on your way—I’ll help you slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and make practical changes that fit the person you are and the life you want.

Together we will make space for the parts of you that may feel overwhelmed, stuck, uncertain, or disconnected from yourself. We’ll work toward understanding your emotions, strengthening your self-trust, setting boundaries that feel true to you, and building ways to handle life and relationships without constantly abandoning your own needs.

My clients describe me as warm, genuine, and easy to talk to. I’m someone who will meet you where you are while also helping you notice patterns you may not have seen before. I want you to feel supported, but I also want you to leave therapy with a clearer understanding of yourself and tools you can actually use outside of our sessions.
