You made it here! Therapy is not one size fits all. You deserve to work with a therapist who connects with you and builds an approach that supports your individual needs. As a therapist, I utilize a somatic (body-based), relational approach to connect with and support my clients through change.

struggle with anxiety, OCD, and trauma. My passion is in supporting people in high stress jobs such as first responders, military, and medical personnel. I have a love for supporting those who support others.

I wanted to impact more change. I love witnessing the journey that is seeing others put their own needs first.

As a therapist, it is important that my client and I start from a perspective that the client is WHOLE. You have everything you need for success. My role is to help you access those tools and appreciate how your system does what is necessary to support you.
