In therapy we look at the relationship patterns that keep repeating in your life—especially people-pleasing, difficulty saying no, and feeling taken advantage of. Many clients grew up with emotionally immature or manipulative family dynamics. Together we recognize these patterns and build the boundaries needed to create healthier relationships.

Together we will uncover the patterns behind exhausting relationships, recognize manipulation and red flags sooner, and build healthy boundaries without guilt. My goal is to help you stop repeating painful cycles so you can create relationships that feel balanced, respectful, and emotionally safe.

I believe people deserve to feel at home in their own lives and relationships. Too many individuals grow up feeling responsible for everyone else’s emotions while ignoring their own needs. Helping people reclaim their voice, their boundaries, and their sense of self is work that deeply matters to me.
