I specialize in working with individuals and couples who are ready for meaningful change. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, addiction recovery, major life transitions, or simply feeling stuck and disconnected from themselves.

I became a therapist because I believe healing and transformation are possible for everyone. My own life experiences and personal growth journey inspired me to help others do the same.
