My approach to therapy is warm, supportive and non-judgmental. I create a space where clients of all ages can feel comfortable being themselves, tailoring my approach to each person's unique needs while drawing on their strengths to help them navigate life's challenges with compassion and practical support.

Together we will explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace, whether you are navigating life transitions, processing past experiences or working through the complexities of relationships, parenting or major life changes. We will work collaboratively to build coping skills, increase self-awareness and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
