I specialize in working with women who seem capable and composed on the outside, but feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of themselves inside. Many are navigating trauma, burnout, people-pleasing, perfectionism, relationship stress, motherhood or old wounds that make it hard to know what they need, want, or trust.

I believe women’s healing is both personal and collective. When a woman begins to feel safe, she can believe herself, know her value, trust her voice, and make choices that create a life she actually wants, not one built around appeasing others. A woman who chooses herself, actually chooses everyone she loves, and gives other women permission to do the same.
