My approach is tailored to your unique needs, helping you navigate anxiety, stress, life changes, and past experiences while building coping skills, self-awareness, and confidence to create meaningful, lasting change.

Together, we will identify patterns and experiences that may be keeping you stuck. We’ll build skills to manage difficult emotions, process what you’ve been carrying in a safe and supportive space, and create a treatment plan that feels right for you. My goal is to help you move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and self-compassion.
