I approach counseling much like Sam helps Frodo in Lord of the Rings, I will follow you and help you with your burden for as long as you need me, still knowing it's your journey and burden to bear.

Make the counseling/therapy session you need to help whatever you are needing support around. Whether it's exploring identity, cultic recovery, or processing stress/trauma, our sessions will be not only helpful, but uniquely us as well.

Warm, goofy, and exceptionally nerdy. I attempt to make my sessions feel like a safe place in which you can explore or process whatever you need.

People are experiencing existential dread, a loss of identity, and have experienced religious, spiritual, or cultic trauma. Anyone who also loves to explore media/nerdy interests and how they effect our perceptions of the world as well.

I'm located in Bend, so anyone in the Portland area/outside of Bend will have to be telehealth. I also enjoy using Dungeons and Dragons as a therapeutic tool.
