Let's work together to honor all of you and support your holistic healing. In our sessions, we will create a sacred and healing space for you to bring and express all of you. Creative expression (art, music, etc) is invited and encouraged. In this space, I'll be authentic, empowering, and connected. I strive to be warm, welcoming, and inclusive in my work.

Our work will honor, explore, and support meaningful mind-body connection to support holistic healing. I integrate brain- and body-based techniques to employ a holistic approach, including mindfulness, somatic therapy, art, and creative expression. We will honor where you have come from, what you value, and who you are becoming.

I am warm, authentic, and engaging. In the space we co-create, I'll be present, supportive, and engaging. I believe in the human capacity to change, grow, and thrive. I celebrate the strength of vulnerability and reclaiming personal power. In this space, there is no judgement.

Becoming a therapist wasn't a hard choice - it's felt like the most aligned job I could have ever chosen for myself. I stay a therapist because I love it. I believe I get to see a beautiful part of humanity we often overlook, and I am constantly inspired by the change, the healing, and the power I get to bear witness to.

I am currently studying Somatic Experiencing through Somatic Experiencing International (SEI)'s three-year SEP program. Sessions are offered fully remote through a secured platform.
