We will unpack why you feel like you always have to be the responsible one. We’ll look at how your background shaped you and find ways for your body to feel more at peace. We’ll practice saying “no” without the shame and reclaim your energy. After our first session, we will decide on the best steps forward to help you finally start choosing yourself.

I’ve been a therapist since 2015 and bring the lived experience of being the eldest daughter of immigrants. I know the heavy weight of being the family "fixer."
