Using CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed approaches, I help adults navigate anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, and life transitions.

I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, supported, and understood. I'm especially passionate about working with underserved and marginalized populations who may have struggled to find affirming care.
