My approach is holistic, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that healing begins in the body. I integrate somatic psychotherapy, Reiki, meditation and mindfulness practices, and evidence-based practices to help clients manage anxiety, heal trauma, and reconnect with themselves. Together, we create a safe space for growth, insight, and lasting change.

Together we will explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck. We will build awareness of the connection between mind and body, strengthen coping skills, process difficult emotions, and help you develop greater balance, confidence, and resilience so you can move forward with clarity and purpose.

They appreciate my ability to create a safe, nonjudgmental space while also helping them gain meaningful insight and make lasting changes. Clients often describe feeling understood, supported, challenged when needed, and empowered to reconnect with themselves.

I specialize in working with people who struggle with anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I am especially passionate about helping those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or impacted by difficult past experiences reconnect with their inner strength and resilience.

I became a therapist because I believe people have an incredible capacity to heal when they feel seen, supported, and understood. My passion is helping others reconnect with themselves, find meaning in their experiences, and create lasting change. It is an honor to walk alongside clients as they move toward greater balance, resilience, and well-being.

In addition to being a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am a Shamanic Practitioner who integrates Eastern and Indigenous healing traditions with evidence-based psychotherapy. My approach blends somatic therapy, mindfulness, meditation, and holistic healing practices to support healing of the mind, body, and spirit.
